This place is awesome All the staff is super nice! Rooms are clean, bed is super comfy! My only negative is the pool closes at 8pm, We need pool time till 10pm lol Add a golf cart to your stay, they have it ready for you as soon as you walk in, and charge it at night for you!

A Wonderful Stay at the Gibson Inn! We absolutely loved our recent stay at the Gibson Inn in Apalachicola! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful historic character and old Florida charm. Our room was even better than we expected, with gorgeous decor and so much personality. Our stay at The Gibson Inn was absolutely exceptional. I cannot emphasize enough just how phenomenal their lodging is! To me, it was Southern hospitality at its finest, with the kind of attention to detail that makes a stay feel genuinely special instead of just comfortable. We stayed 3 nights at the Gibson. After years of traveling around the country and staying in many nice hotels I would rate the bed in our room as one of the very best. Our room had 2 mini splits so it was easy the control the temperature. Also had a very nice bathroom with a large shower. If we travel back to Apalachicola we will most likely stay where parking isn’t on the street.

A boutique hotel with sections dating back to the early 1900s. The place was charming, well appointed and staff friendly, personable and willing to go an extra mile. Our room was in the oldest part of the complex and offered a wrap around 2nd floor porch shared with neighboring rooms. The room was very clean, rustic but elegant, and the bed was top flight.
