I'm very disappointed in this company. I have been reaching out to them since April waiting to hear back from them. Repeatedly being ignored, constantly emailing only for the emails to come back phone calls. To not go through, I feel like my money has been given to somebody who's really not there to help me. This is becoming an irritation that I am no longer willing to deal with my next step is going to be making a police report. Had no problem taking money out of my account. But they cannot return phone calls or emails.
This group is a scam. Won't return calls and didn't file my taxes. Now I'm in trouble with the state. Avoid this business at all costs!
I was referred to this company and I do not know if they did the service they were hired to do because I cannot longer contact them. All phones are not working and there website has been taken down. I paid them but I'm still getting letters from the IRS.
Been getting the run around and now unable to get in contact with them.
This started out at 5 stars. But recently, things are not going well. P,ease take a look down further. These folks at Key Tax helped my wife and I tremendously. We tried to use another group and they wouldn't listen but sure had their hand out. We spoke with Michelle. She answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. It was like talking to a friend.
