This deplorable bewigged man is arrogant and awful to deal with. Stay away from all of his developments as they are cheap and shoddy! Shame, I couldn’t give him zero stars!
Stay clear of this devious short little man! I think Paul hit it on the head, as the man is a real CU@T. He is shoddy and has no regard to Quality or Service. His apartment developments over the years have had ongoing issues, and he lets his boys live in them to the detriment of their neighbours. No class, no quality, no regard.
Pay no attention to the 3 negative reviews that suddenly appeared at the same time. They are fictitious and not of residents. The fictitious reviews are from 1 person who had a relationship breakup with Peter Gibson. Further, Peter does not live in any of the apartments. Peter Gibson is a name in property that is synonymous with luxury and class. A driven man of notable character, he may also be known as a ladies man. Within romance, the name is synonymous with elusivity.
I have lived in an apartment developed by Gibson developments for only 4 years and the building work is so terrible I have had defect issues come up every year. Recurring leaks from the penthouse, balcony tiles cracking, poor soundproofing, terrible design, huge flammable cladding issues and rooms that are too hot or cold depending on the season. Most arrogant and incompetent developer aka "Penthouse Pest" to residents. Poor quality apartments, no soundproofing so you can hear giant bass music thumping from his residence in your bedrooms and living room until 4am everyday. Would not recommend his work at all, and definitely not living in his apartment complex - deplorable neighbour to have.
