Very little care was given to my mother's eye injury. They did not offer any pain relief past the doctor's office and were rude and demeaning to her for sustaining her injury. They didn't even schedule a follow up to ensure that she won't have any sort of permanent damage after telling her that the corina is terribly scratched and are unsure if there will be permanent damage! Are they for real?! Don't go here if you are hoping for any bit of care or healing and be prepared for EXTREME LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

Dont like this office ,went to check one of my eyes for an allergy and the lady in the front desk told me that they need a eye test to see if I need glasses in order for the doctor to see me ,a good way to scam the patients for services when they are not needed .They denied the service after I told them no.

Spends adequate time with you. Doesn't rush. Knows his stuff. Very professional.

I called Dr. Gibsons staff and asked to know who the doctor in the office was and the woman on the phone said that it was none of my concern. If I call an office and want to know who I'm going to be seeing when I come in and PAY MONEY TO SEE A DOCTOR, I want to know who I'm going to be seeing. The women in this office are nasty and I will not tolerate it. I will be taking my business to the office on Rogers Avenue and being seen by a staff that is polite and doctor that is even better.
