Everytime I have a appointment they find a reason not to see me. They either cancel or someone is running late and nothing gets done. If you are smart find another way to get things done. Just find a different dentist
Had 2 tests completed in August, received a bill of 50K. Contacted the billing dept to get detailed itemized bill sent. The itemized bill had many items that did not seem as needed for these two test. Went to the GCH website found an excel spreadsheet that did list pricing. The amount my bill listed was double or triple of what was listed on the excel spreadsheet. Called back to the billing dept. and stated the excel spreadsheet did not match my bill. I took my 7 year old son to the ER for a pretty large bump on the head. Dr Mcgee was absolutely amazing! She was so thorough and was so sweet with my boy. She made sure my mind was at ease and all questions were answered. I feel as if she went out of her way to make sure my little guy was very well taken care of.
10/10 I have always had a childhood fear of dentist but Kristen and the dentist made me so comfortable they made my new smile just perfect after ten years fearing the pain of getting my front teeth fixed from a home invasion they jumped in and saved the smile I longer for thank you guys so much!!
