This is actual for ambulance personnel on Wednesday 1/10. My husband fell in garage and was taken to osf. They treated him for a dislocated knee. He actually tore his quad muscle. It would have been nice if he could have had some pain medication to help. He will b having surgery tomorrow. I think they should have listened more to his symptoms and better diagnose would have been made.

RecommendedI went in to ER on a saturday night for severe lower back pain due to a kidney infection. Got in quickly thankfully. Shortly after i got in a critical patient was coming in by ambulance and right away they informed me i may have to wait awhile. I didnt mind being i over heard the ambulamce radio and what the situation was but i hadnt received any pain meds yet. About 20 mins later i finally got something for the pain.
