Good apartment with nice amenities, responsive staff, but the parking is outrageously expensive.
Excellent maintenance team Nobert and Edwin (indeed, best in town) plus amazing leasing manager Amelia, they make life at Gibson delightful and carefree.

I've been living in Gibson for 2 years and I couldn't be happier. Maintenance guys Edwin and Norbert provide excellent customer service, answer any emergency call quickly and the time to solve any situation at home is immediate. They make sure you know what's going on and what they did to solve the problem. They are definitely the best team. Edwin and Norbert are the best maintenance team! Out of every apartment I've stayed at, they have the quickest response time. I've needed a few things fixed since I've lived at Gibson over the past year. Each time, they've explained what the issue was and how they fixed it, which my curious mind loves. The location is also perfect for me and my outdoor walks, and there are plenty of great food choices around if I don't feel like cooking. Plus, I'm obsessed with my view!
