After calling SEVERAL times, only to reach an answering machine . . . I'm sorry . . . But I have to say that the lady on the phone just now {Sept 26 @ 9:05am} did NOT come across as very nice. And when I asked a "family" question {as I AM a friend of the family}, she was even further unhelpful. Not very happy at THIS moment !!!!!!
Paid for an annual maint. Usually 99.00 dollars.Ending up 493.00. A thermostat mark up. Sent two guys out and usually send one. 120.00 labor. Thermostat was 149.00 priced same one for 60.00. Won't use them again.
