Use a hiring firm to get an interview with Gibson, Gibson was pleasant and wanted to do the interview. I made a mistake in my calculations with Google over traffic and lights, which put me at a much farther driving distance. Gibson seems nice and understood about that situation. I am sad that it didn’t work out for me, but it seems like Gibson will be a good place to work! They Just should be more selective in the hiring firms that they involve them selves with.
