My first machine was nothing but problems. They used cheap imported hardware on the belts that would shear in half. I would find 1-2 bolts per day in the screen. After a while I told them it was a warranty claim and I wanted all of them replaced. That’s when I realized the warranty is parts only. They sent me a few dollars of bolts for a repair that took several hours. I threw the cheap imported bolts in the trash and purchased my own American made bolts. Use a hiring firm to get an interview with Gibson, Gibson was pleasant and wanted to do the interview. I made a mistake in my calculations with Google over traffic and lights, which put me at a much farther driving distance. Gibson seems nice and understood about that situation. I am sad that it didn’t work out for me, but it seems like Gibson will be a good place to work! They Just should be more selective in the hiring firms that they involve them selves with.
