First, they suddenly slipped an extra $175 onto their fees 3 days before closing. When I asked them to remove it their responses was essentially you can pay the fees or you'll have to delay your closing to find another title company. Then, despite me asking multiple times when or how to get them my account information for wire transfer they not only gave me incorrect information about which account types qualify, but they also just told me to call the buyers title company and figure it out myself.
