I’ve been living here for going on a year now - anytime I have had any concerns Mackenzy is on it. I “broke” my silverware drawer recently and opened a service order with Mackenzy yesterday. Within 24 hours Herman was out and fixed my drawer - I only pulled it off the track :) Thank you Mackenzy and Herman!!!
my boyfriend and i just moved here a couple months ago and i have nothing but amazing things to say. the entire staff is so accommodating and incredibly nice. i never feel like a bother when i have to ask a question or ask for something. maintenance is at my apartment almost immediately when i’ve had to have something worked out. the apartment is so spacious and beautiful and it’s such a nice, quiet area. honestly so grateful to have found this place and now call it “home” :)
