They are very irresponsible. Their nurses frequently fail to follow the scheduled hours, which causes a lot of inconvenience for the families and patients. Patients deserve to receive better care from the nurses they send, and the staff should be more responsible, punctual, and attentive to their needs. My experience with Joy, who I understand is the manager or supervisor, has also been very disappointing because she has been rude and unprofessional in the way she communicates. I don’t know how Hollywood Presbyterian in referred this agency for my care, but without even receiving care and seeing the other reviews for this agency, I’m so glad I never had the displeasure of them coming into my home. The Owner Joy is very unprofessional. Does not communicate in a timely and professional manner to the needs of her clients. I have been a director of a home care company for over 12 yrs and scheduled nursing home for 5 yrs and scheduled for the largest all inclusive home care company in Colorado for 9 years.
