One star too much for this incompetent agency. I don’t know how Hollywood Presbyterian in referred this agency for my care, but without even receiving care and seeing the other reviews for this agency, I’m so glad I never had the displeasure of them coming into my home. The Owner Joy is very unprofessional. Does not communicate in a timely and professional manner to the needs of her clients. I have been a director of a home care company for over 12 yrs and scheduled nursing home for 5 yrs and scheduled for the largest all inclusive home care company in Colorado for 9 years. This place doesn’t deserve one single star, worst costumer service and no professional people working there, please do your self a favor if they recommend this company look for a different one immediately so you can save yourself a headache.
My son supposed to have CNA at home, approved by Regional Center and I found out that 2 caregivers are not CNA, but the site manager told me that they are CNA. What a crap.
