This was the best experience with any sprinkler company I called and it wasn’t even close. Jimmy is one of the guys that the blue collar industry will miss dearly when he hangs up the boots. I found Gibby’s online and he came out quickly for an estimate. His knowledge and attention to detail showed right away. He listened, explained my options clearly, and recommended what was best for my yard instead of trying to upsell. The installation was professional, neat, and fairly priced. If you want a locally run, owner-operated business that truly puts people first, call Gibby’s. His card says “people over profit,” and he lives it. Highly recommend!
When the manifold on my irrigation system completely snapped in two, Jimmy was able to swing by within 2 hours to assess the situation and give me an estimate. His estimate was very competitive, and he was able to fix the same day after going on a parts run. Thank you for saving my lawn and plants from burning up in the summer heat!
My family and I just moved to the Old North End and struggled to figure out our sprinkler system. Jimmy came out, show me how to work them, repaired them, and reset all of the heads for adequate coverage. He communicates well and is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him!
Jimmy is awesome! We had an issue loosing water close to the house. He came over within a few hours and had everything running again in no time. Amazing service. Highly recommend and a very honest and nice person too! A win win.
