Super fast response after my initial call to within 1 hour, Rodney & Tony were here to diagnose my lack of electricity in my basement apartment. Within 1 hour we had a solution. Thank you for the dynamite service, very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. The issue was in my control module 100amp switch for my generator and Rodney went the extra mile to call the generator company to request a replacement on my behalf; now that’s what I call superior service!
