Installed red oak hardwoods in our 3000 sqft house, price was fair "IF" it would've been installed correctly. We have huge voids/cracks in between several planks. I asked Gibbs to come out and he said "It's normal". You can see by the pictures I added that this isn't normal. I asked him to come back out a 2nd time and told him these floors aren't installed correctly and that there is entirely too much filler putty to compensate for this shoddy install and now the putty is coming out. Gibbs did an excellent job on our floors: added 2 rooms of oak plus 2 landings on the stairway, plus they refinished the oak floors in the entire downstairs, doing a great job. I highly recommend this company.
