They scheduled the appointment for less than 24 hours after I called. Their communication prior to the technician’s arrival was excellent. They emailed a list of all employees with pictures and identified the scheduled technician, so we could know in advance who would be coming to our home. Was a remarkable experience! They worked around my schedule, got a new opener and did maintenance on the door itself now it does not squeak at all. They answered any questions I had as well and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on for the future but was not trying to sell me things I did not need but just pointed out other parts that were aging so I was aware. Will call next time I need any work done on my garage door. Two thumbs up!

First-rate service! I got an appointment shortly after my initial call. They reached out the day before my scheduled appointment to confirm the time window. The technician arrived on time and replaced my door opener which had a burned out motor and was totally outdated. He was courteous, well-versed and answered my concerns efficiently. I would definitely recommend Gibbs Garage Door Repairs to all. Great job!

The people I dealt with at Gibbs Garage Door Repairs were courteous and professional. I needed to replace a couple broken hinges. They were outdated but Eli supplied me with updated ones and good info on how to install them. I contacted him with questions, and he was very helpful.
