They were my realtors for selling my house. Johanna Storey was very patient with us, helpful and knowledgeable with any and all of our questions. She made the process much easier and smoother than I expected it would go. I felt like I could contact her at any point, even weekends if we had a question. I would 1000% recommend them with buying or selling your house. I moved out of the area but if I ever move back I am definitely calling them to help me buy.
In 2018 we used Johana to buy our house. The process was painless and a bit exciting. Fast-forward to 2021, having to sell our wonderful home to relocate closer to family. After talking with Johana we decided to list our house higher then we were originally expecting. Within a week the house was under contract. She was always professional, helpful, and kept us informed with the progress. We are glad that we went with Gibbs & Story and if we decide to buy in this area again we will definitely use their services again.
It was a great experience working with Johanna! She had an eye for detail at property sites discussing the pros from the cons. Never did I feel she just wanted to make a sale. She held my hand through the whole buying process, and what she couldn't explain she sort out the info. She is a fierce negotiator for the purchaser.
