This is the worst facility I have ever been to. I scheduled an appointment for my annual Pap smear. Waited about two weeks with no call about my results. When they finally responded they said they couldn’t find it and they would look and get back to me. I reached out again and they responded with “oh we didn’t do an annual because your results in 2019 were negative” what a joke this place is! Very sad. I drove all the way from philadelphia and unfortunately made it here 13 minutes late. Not only was my 80 mile drive stressful, but to go through all of that and get turned away for being late is ludicrous. I am in shock that there was 0 attempt to even give me the opportunity to reschedule, instead my only option was to call the OHI number and mind you I explained to the people here that I have tried called for the past 2 days and never got a call back.
