Was looking at getting a new family doctor, after seeing reviews and calling them, they do not support vets (was told anywhere from 150-600$ for anything to do with VAC). Do not waste your time, places like these shouldn't exist.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Clinicians who really truly listen to their patients.
Had the most terrible experience with Dr. Oyama! I have seen him for years but this last time was absolutely gut wrenching. I arrived early & still ended up waiting 45 mins past my appointment time. I needed something signed & was told it would cost money etc thrn told he cant fill those out, asking if i was still needing too see him, i of course said yes, i needed refulls & I was trying too get a new medication as the ones ive been taking are making my mental health much much worse! Seen the doctor a handfuls of time and it was just TERRIBLE! He could care less about my issue I'm a CAF vet and had coupel diagnose and man oh man was it ever painful for him to listen to me! Wouldn't let me explained anything... cost me 100$ and he didn't even submit my paper work.. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME THERE!!
I brought my mother in law to the clinic and we are not from the area and my mother-in-law doesn't speak English. I translated for her and the doctor was very patient and friendly. I definitely recommend going to this clinic
