Woman who answers the phone is the MOST rude and unhelpful person I’ve ever dealt with. It’s pretty obvious you don’t care about the people trying to contact you or get help with your services. How is it your job to answer the phone and give information and be helpful and all you do is interrupt people when they are talking and act like they are bothering you by calling. This office along with Russellville PD is a joke my car was stolen almost 2 months ago the guy forged my name to a bill of sale and they tell me they don't have enough to charge him there video showing he I'm stealing it and they wont even talk to me. And guess what they don't answer to anyone

Secretary Jesse very rude could care less about you trying to explain your situation. These are the type of people we have to deal with working for the state. ITS RIDICULOUS I've never even heard a secretary say "LIKE I SAID" to someone very unprofessional. RUDE AND DRY
