Bit of a longer read… but BEWARE….You Should Know.. From repeat customer …. NOTE: Gibbon Heating provided last service approximately 18 months prior to Dec 17-and no one has been in our house who happens to carry an “extra pressure switch” with them!!! Dec 17-regular furnace maintenance service: “no problems found, all components in good shape”. No replacement parts or repair were required. Dec 18-home owner found pressure switch on top of furnace. We have been using Gibbon Heating & Air Conditioning for the last ten years on three houses and have received great service and advice over the years. The latest job they completed for us was a inspection of the HRV system in our townhouse. We were not get the results we wanted as far as removing condensation from a downstairs bathroon. Mike listened to our explanation of the problem and focused on the probable cause immediately. He had a quick fix that he suggested would probably correct the problem. I purchased a few years ago a new furnace from Gibbon and the advice (had to be ultra quiet) and service I received was great. I also had my hot water heater repaired a few days ago and Mike was extremely knowledgeable and did a perfect job. Thank you!
This was my first time using Gibbon Heating and Air. They were able to come the same day to fix my furnace that had stopped working during the night. Mike was friendly, very efficient, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. He explained the whole issue and how he fixed it as well as providing the same details on my invoice.
