Called to have oven converted to propane. I informed them I already did the stovetop with pieces I had but didn’t have a conversion kit. Worker shows up and all he did was replace 1 piece from the rear of the stove. He let me know he needed to order a conversion kit. He called back the next day. $100 for conversion kit, $300 to convert oven. I bought the conversion kit directly from the manufacturer for $20 and converted it myself. Quick and honest . Couldn't ask for better service.
I have now gotten two appliances from this store. A dishwasher and a freezer. Each time both in the store and with the delivery person has been in a fantastic experience. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Any future appliances we will be purchasing with them and referring our friends to them. We love to support local businesses and they are doing it right with great customer-service.
