Mrs. Grisham (the property manager) is a blessing. This is probably the best place I've ever lived in. Clean, affordable housing and a slow but professional and efficient maintenance staff.
Unsure why but the office is never open. You can call, call and call and the lady never answers. It is ridiculous and she is getting paid to run this premises and she is never there.
Landlord doesn’t care about her tenants she’s rude disrespectful the pest control is poor maintenance is even worse
So it was a good rate in the start. But now it's changed some. The landlord says one thing one day and changes her mind the next. Sometimes even targeting people seemingly for nothing. People had in the beginning even tried to jiggle doorhandles at night. Since the cameras went up that hasn't been an issue. You can be treated nicely one day and rudely the next. Where is the NO RATING? Highly not recommended! Officer manager very rude and nasty! Very high racial profiled against me called me "Angry" because I was on my phone talking outside tenant home and my voice does carries at time, but assumed I was angry for whatever reason... Wrong approach upon approaching! Manager does not wear mask upon entering tenants home... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!
