My 11 year-old son went into Gibault May 2024, he was supposed to finish the program by Christmas. Last week, my son was SA’ed by another kid. I didn’t find out about it until my son called me and told me. Staff NEVER called. Staff will NEVER call if there is an incident with your kid. You will get an email, usually days later. It is impossible to reach anybody by phone after business hours or on weekends. This place is a complete joke to apply for let alone the hiring process! The questions they ask you and the hoops you have to jump through is absurd! With having a law enforcement and military background you wouldn't think it'd be that hard to apply for a position here....you'd be wrong! My advice don't bother applying....it's not worth the hassle or the aggravation!
Don’t waste your time trying to work here. HR is all screwed up! It was disclosed on my job application that I have one nonviolent drug charge felony from 9 years ago. HR called anyways and left a voicemail wanting to schedule a job interview. She failed to mention she would be out the next 4 days so I couldn’t get a hold of her for the next 4 days.
