As a repeat customer, I expected quality customer service. Bob’s lack of responsibility to return my concerning calls regarding his wiring, as one example, that will not pass electrical inspection, leaves me with great disrespect for his manner in doing business.
We agreed to an appointment on a given day for an HVAC repair. Not only did he not show up, but he ignored my messages, wasting a day of my valuable time and leaving me high and dry. I eventually got another local firm to do the repair. V-e-r-y unprofessional. There are more reliable competitors to choose from.
