My wife went to a GIAPENTA event in the Hamptons and had been raving about the brand and their products for a few months. I surprised her with a lounge set from the company for her birthday and she was thrilled. The pieces are so soft and she has been wearing the top and pants nonstop. We also loved their customer service team. Highly recommend this brand, we’ll be buying her a few more sets!
I am so blown away by this company, I can not say enough good things! I purchased a few bras and underwear for my wife for our anniversary and accidentally ordered the wrong size. I reached out to their customer service and Meghan got back to me right away. We were going out of town for our anniversary and there wasn’t enough time to get the items delivered to our house before we left, so Meghan helped me overnight a new package to our hotel for FREE! I can understand reviews that refer to response time. However please consider & trust when I say... these products are SO amazing that they're worth the wait, that we have begun to Expect overnight or same day but maybe give grace for new company working things out. My second email inquiry about change size of back order item was quickly responded to. I purchased bra, cheeky, and both body suit styles. They make me feel amazing. I'm almost 50. I bought two items online over a year ago. They were backordered. 6 months later, I was offered a 50% refund if I would continue to wait. I accepted that. Another 6 months passed, and I now have 3 unanswered emails and they are unreachable by phone. They have stolen my money at this point.
I heard amazing reviews about their products so was so thrilled to place an order. I placed the order knowing full well it was on back order and would take time. I placed an order of $100 on March 2023 and have not received my order. I have emailed and they have responded in the past. How’ver I have emailed a week ago and now I haven’t heard back and the phone number is dead how convenient. I personally wouldn’t order again because the customer service is lousy.
