SCAMMERS! Be forewarned Giant Realty that they are completely unethical, unscrupulous, unprofessional and unresponsive. Working with Susan Oh was a dreadful experience for me and my realtor. She doesn’t return calls, texts, or emails. She reversed a signed contract which is acceptable however during the process (over two and a half weeks) we were never able to speak with her, she was always “too busy to pick up the phone” The same day of the moving and obtaining the keys, she backed tracked from the contact! I have worked with Susan Oh over many years for purchasing, selling and renting properties. She is the 'to go' realtor for me because of her responsiveness, professionalism and the level of understanding her clients' needs. When I had moved out of the state while my house was still in the market for sale, she took it as her own and took care of the whole process from repair to the settlement, getting the best price I could ask for. It's hard to find someone like Susan who you can trust so much with your real estates.
