SCAMMERS! Be forewarned Giant Realty that they are completely unethical, unscrupulous, unprofessional and unresponsive. Working with Susan Oh was a dreadful experience for me and my realtor. She doesn’t return calls, texts, or emails. I have worked with Susan Oh over many years for purchasing, selling and renting properties. She is the 'to go' realtor for me because of her responsiveness, professionalism and the level of understanding her clients' needs. When I had moved out of the state while my house was still in the market for sale, she took it as her own and took care of the whole process from repair to the settlement, getting the best price I could ask for. It's hard to find someone like Susan who you can trust so much with your real estates.
Susan Oh was very honest and confident. She wasn't afraid to openly share her thoughts with me, which helped me to make the right choice. And I loved her sense of humor! I would definitely contact her in the future.
I purchased my new condo and rented out my previous condo to a new tenant with the help of Susan Oh. All the process took just one month with very satisfactory results. She was professional, responsive, thoughtful, informative, and strategic. It was pleasant experience.
