The pharmacist was very Rude didn’t even look at the prescription when she said we don’t have it, this is after saying they haven’t received the electronic prescription so I called the dr. Office 3 times and they said they sent it. I drove back to the office and brought the paper prescription now she said they don’t have it. If she looked at it I understand but she didn’t.
Guy was talking to me in a condescending tone about my controlled substance then proceeded to say he can’t fill it because the pharmacist is not here. Huh? Imma be filling a complaint.
customer service very slow
I wish I read the reviews before transferring my stuff to this pharmacy. The lines are pathetic and frustrating. Everyone lined up looking like third world country residents waiting to eat from a soup kitchen or something just to get medications. It’s sad, and I’ll definitely be getting medicine elsewhere from now on.
There are nice pharmacists at this location. Overall service is good but on most occasions they are very busy and slow. I appreciate the common courtesy.
