Went to the doctor at 830am, was home by 930. As I'm leaving my house at 4pm to pick up my prescription Giant Pharmacy calls to tell me they don't have my medication and it might be tomorrow. Not sure why it took 7 hours the Pharmacy isn't that big. Had they contacted me in a reasonable time I would have just gone somewhere else since I already spent the entire weekend not feeling well. VERY FRIENDLY, AND FAST. ( had to wait 1 time due to insurance company approval of the medication
This place is absolutely ridiculous! Do not use this pharmacy. Terrible customer service. They turned what should have been a simple transfer of medication into one of the most frustrating and ridiculous experiences I've ever encountered. They will also tell you one thing one day, then another a different day and call you a lier. They are incompetent and unprofessional. Stay away!!!
The staff are mostly friendly but they are soooo slow filling prescriptions
