On January 29, 2026, I called this pharmacy about my Dexcom G7 sensors, which I need for my insulin pump. I had an issue with insurance and was trying to explain, but the lady cut me off and ended the call. This was dismissive and dangerous, as I rely on these sensors for my insulin delivery. Their lack of patience and respect put me in danger. They need to train their staff to handle patient needs properly.
They are simply the best. Extremely kind on the phone and in person. Also extremely helpful when it comes to getting things done with insurance companies.
