Worst experience ever. The lady at the counter not only did not want to help but also would look down for not knowing the name of the prescription which your doctor sent it directly to the pharmacy and bluntly lied she didn’t see any prescriptions after she told you two in the system. We regret moving all our prescriptions to this pharmacy from CVS. We will move all back to CVS and recommend everyone to avoid this kind of people.
The people who work here are personable, quick, helpful, and intelligent. The Giant app works great, and I appreciate that my medications are automatically refilled with text reminders. I have been lucky to deal mostly with Ebony, a pharmacy worker who has gone above and beyond with her customer service. I appreciate the late hours as a full-time worker.
