I love going to this Giant! I know it well! And Karen is one of my all-time favorite Cashiers!! Such a wonderful place to shop!
Woman with dreads in pharmacy completely rude & does not have any respect for customers at all. She talks to them in a degrading tone. Disgusting
I wish l could give them a 0 no stars they are terrible and that’s a understatement. They are very unprofessional. They have about 10 people working. There will only one register working. They’re very slow all the women there including the manager has a really bad disposition about themselves and nasty attitude. I need my medication early. It's extremely frustrating to have such a low selection of items. I moved here from a much smaller city and it's perplexing how that town had better selection and better pricing than this grocery store. To make it even more frustrating, the Giant app doesn't work at the register because there is "no reception in here".
How does a pharmacy system or a store system go down for the entire day with no eta on people's Rx. Horrible service people depend on pharmacies for life saving medications. Such a disgrace please don't depend on Giant pharmacy, this is not a one time occurrence. They must have the cheapest IT department ever!!!!
