RecommendedI have been shopping at this Giant location since March. We have had great experiences there finding exactly what we need and employees very helpful, polite, and clean. My husband and I went in there today with our 1 year old twins. We walked in and an employee proceeded to tell us how she couldn’t believe we had twins, and they were so adorable (which we get a lot due to having twins). This is by far the worst Giant store - every single time I make the mistake of coming to this store its a problem. Their employees are rude - my husband has been waiting for almost an hour now with still no food - (we were schedule 9-10) they called us at 7:30 to come at 10:30 - hes been sitting in the lot since 10:30 and they told him 15 more minutes - its now 11:27 with no groceries in sight. This location recently fired a wonderful woman who customers call "Ronnie" for simply eating a pretzel that she had paid for. while I understand that it may be policy to not eat on the floor while working, I believe this action was too harsh and completely lacks compassion for a woman that has been working there for years and the community loves.
