Bought a half sheet cake for my 3yr old grandson and it was the worst cake I have ever seen that came from a store. $37.99 and my grandson could of done it. they did refund my money but it still was the joke of the small party we had. we will not be ordering from them again. We will use a private cake person in the future. I just would love to understand the thought process when they decided that the cake was good to go.
This is by far the worst Giant store - every single time I make the mistake of coming to this store its a problem. Their employees are rude - my husband has been waiting for almost an hour now with still no food - (we were schedule 9-10) they called us at 7:30 to come at 10:30 - hes been sitting in the lot since 10:30 and they told him 15 more minutes - its now 11:27 with no groceries in sight. some workers are rude and snippy. really going overboard with the safety nazi's telling me I'm going the wrong direction, then she walks "the wrong direction" it's really quite ironic your so concerned now about public safety but only recently have your employees been required to wear a mask when they encounter hundreds of customers a day. I ve been working at home for almost 2 months doing my part. seems a little late in the game to convince me you really give a RIP. it's a facade...
Workers are rude and unfriendly. No one smiles at you. Management is the worst. A smile goes very far during these scary times. Very disappointed. Will be going elsewhere after 10 years. I’m tired of the nasty attitudes. Mary and Kay seem to be the only ones to go to who are friendly to customers.
2nd time we used pickup.. an hour late with the food and only received $30 of the $150 worth of groceries we ordered
Whoever thought changing the entry to one spot is a moron. Absolutely unnecessary. Making my 90 yr old grandmother walk to the other end to enter is ridiculous.
RecommendedIt was wonderful being able to come in this morning to do my shopping. I found everything I needed for another month and the staff were very pleasant! Thank you for helping us get through this trying time!
Giant Direct/Peapod has been a great option however after our last experience, I have been shopping around to other stores. They told me that 30% of my order was not available. Literally the same exact day as my order was packed, my husband had to go to find replacements and the exact items I ordered were IN STOCK ON THE SHELVES!! It was maybe 3 hours after they told me the items were out! What the heck Giant?
