I have avoided this pharmacy for literal years after a long string of bad experiences. I would send my mother instead of going myself to avoid the entire thing. BUT TODAY I had to go in for an important RX myself and Robin M was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a friendly smile, and I saw the grace with which she treated the customer before me. If I could I’d rate my phone conversation today (3/15/2025) at 5:50pm less than one star..the lack of professionalism and just over all customer service was appalling. I will be for sure moving all oh my prescription from this location. .

I called in a prescription at 5:00pm and the person on the phone assured my that my prescription would be ready that night. I told her that I was going out of town and would come in the morning as soon as they opened. When I got there they didn’t have my prescription ready. Hadn’t even started it.
