I'm writing this review not based on one experience, but rather my experience over the years. I've gotten used to the pharmacy and the quirks, but all the same, when you stand back and look at it, it's not the best experience. What they are good is the speed of filling refills and the communication via text message. With the app I can scan my bottle, and it sends something to the pharmacy. I have avoided this pharmacy for literal years after a long string of bad experiences. I would send my mother instead of going myself to avoid the entire thing. BUT TODAY I had to go in for an important RX myself and Robin M was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a friendly smile, and I saw the grace with which she treated the customer before me. If I could I’d rate my phone conversation today (3/15/2025) at 5:50pm less than one star..the lack of professionalism and just over all customer service was appalling. I will be for sure moving all oh my prescription from this location. .
