The pharmacy is absolutely unprofessional at the reisterstown road plaza, the pharmacy close whenever they want to I needed my inhaler I received an automated message stating my prescription’s was ready for pickup at 5:30 pm the pharmacy wasn’t supposed to close until 7pm today which is Saturday January 17th I arrived at the pharmacy at approximately 6:20 pm and they were closed. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. This is at least the third time that I arrived to pick up medicine and not only was the medicine not ready an hour after it was supposed to be but the pharmacy tech almost gave me the wrong person’s medication. And that was not the only time, I was given the wrong medication. Save yourself the hassle and have your medication to sent to another pharmacy.
I usually don’t have an issue with the plaza Giant but for them to close a whole hour earlier is ridiculous annoyed confused and pissed especially when you just need one item and you sped down the road when getting off work at 10pm and the store is closed google either yall need to update the store hours or Giant yall need to do better
Rudest, most unhelpful nasty attitude women who picks up the phone and leaves me on hold forever. I have since transferred my medication. I have diabetes and I’m sick and the women was horrendous
Great experience in and out in no time prescription was ready and there was no line
