STETSON!! If it has an engine, a blade, a pull cord, or any chance of taking off a finger, Giant Oak probably sells it. Chainsaws, lawn mowers, power equipment—you name it. Hell, I’m pretty sure if you walk in with enough cash, they’ll send you home with a hot dog cart and a new career.
Absolutely terrible customer service and communication. I’ve had my zero-turn mower and two weed trimmers there since March, and I’ve had to repeatedly call just to find out what’s going on. I was constantly told, “We’ll let you know in a few days,” only to hear nothing. Months went by, and when I finally followed up again, I was told parts had been ordered. I had a great experience at Giant Oak. I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed my issue by giving me options and suggestions which avoided a longer and more expensive repair. I would recommend them for new equipment as well as for repairs.
