Absolutely terrible customer service and communication. I’ve had my zero-turn mower and two weed trimmers there since March, and I’ve had to repeatedly call just to find out what’s going on. I was constantly told, “We’ll let you know in a few days,” only to hear nothing. Months went by, and when I finally followed up again, I was told parts had been ordered. I had a great experience at Giant Oak. I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed my issue by giving me options and suggestions which avoided a longer and more expensive repair. I would recommend them for new equipment as well as for repairs.

Terrible customer service, always miserable and rude. I ordered a carb TWO MONTHS and never came (refunded). Excuses were the following (each time i had to drive there because they don’t pick up the phone either): forget to order, ordered the wrong one, not here yet, didn’t ship yet, can’t ship unless it makes sense for us to order a big shipment (that was an amazing excuse), i think it’s coming tomorrow, I’ll call or text you (never did).
