I had an appointment with Dr. Lin on 03/25 at 8:45am. I wasn’t taken to the room until 9:04am, and the doctor didn’t show up until 9:07am. By 9:15am, my appointment was already finished — the entire visit lasted only about 8 minutes. To my surprise, my insurance was billed over $1,000 for this very brief visit. When I disputed the charge, the office declined my dispute, stating that everything was correct based on the doctor’s records. I highly recommend Dr. Lin to anyone looking for a terrific ENT. He's an awesome doctor! During my surgery last August, Dr. Lin made me feel so comfortable. I was anxious before the surgery, but he answered all my questions, and the surgery was very successful. He’s a very knowledgeable doctor.
I have been with Dr Lin for many years. Several surgeries. I have always had excellent results for my symptoms. He is very pleasant and puts you at ease.
Dr Lin is a very wonderful doctor, and I am very happy to be a patient of his. This complaint is against the scheduling department in his office. I could not find a link to write a review for Summit Health scheduling at his office. I called central scheduling, and they sent me over to his office because I was having sharp shooting pains in my ear and pain on the entire left side of my face, nauseousness and dizziness.
