I came into Giant this morning to repair an old bike that I hadn’t ridden and almost 6 years. I thought maybe it just needed some air in the tires, but I ended up getting a new seat, a few things tightened, some things removed, and making some new friends! The gentlemen, Mike and Frank were pleasant, accommodating, and even told me a little bit about my bike, which I didn’t know was from the 80s. I highly recommend this location for all your bike needs.
The road bike I rented for a week was great (all carbon, tubeless tires) and I had no mechanical problems (or flats). Staff set up my pedals and processed payment, security deposit, and all paperwork quickly. Very happy with the service.
Took our bikes in for a tune-up. They did a great job and quick turnaround.
