What a great bike shop! I took my old cruiser there for service and it came back to me like new! Jeff was professional and knowledgeable - explaining everything he did to repair the bike. He tested it before calling me and found that there was a brake issue so he took care of that as well. Thanks for keeping me safe and taking such good care with my bike!
This is a hard review to write. I love my e-bike and hence the 3 stars but it has had problems. After being in the shop for 3 weeks, I got a call to come pick it up. I do not feel like I was treated with respect when trying to understand what the problems were. The manager was condescending when telling me that I needed to be sure my wheels were fitted tightly before each ride and because I didn’t do this, there is now wear on the axels.
