Had trouble with my e- bike battery and they tested it and then pulled it apart to check the fuse which was okay. After all this I wasn't charged anything. Well done. This doesn't happen very often these days.Thanks Giant Bicycles

Absolutely awesome experience with these guys! Simeon helped find the right bike for me after helping me many times with my previous bike. Andy spent hours sizing up my new bike which has resulted in a massive improvement in my cycling. Adam is always quick to reply to my Facebook messenger questions and provide his knowledge. These guys know their stuff and I would not take my bike anywhere else! Thanks heaps to all of your team!
