Can't rate these guys highly enough. I busted a derailluer and did a tire whilst travelling. Simeon and the team had me back on the trails within 24 hours, even using parts off a new bike they had in stock to get me sorted. They also sorted out a bunch of other little niggles and issues with the bike, all well explained. Bike rides like new again - if it wasn't such a long drive from Vic I'd bring the bike back for servicing!

Really happy with Andy and the team at Giant Hervey bay. They did a lot of extra work on my previous mountain bike for free during a standard service. Recently Andy provided some very useful advice for me when upgrading. I got a really competitive price and they custom adjusted the new Giant bike for me.
