The team at Giant Hervey Bay were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They got me a great deal on my new bike and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood all the features and setup. The whole experience was friendly, professional, and stress-free. If you're thinking about buying a new bike and you're in the area, I'd highly recommend stopping in and saying hello to the team!

Brought bikes for myself and wife at Hervey Bay. From our initial visit to the fitting of the bikes the staff were great and very knowledgeable. Being local they also were able to assist with local bike and tri athlon clubs. Couldn't be happier with the bikes and service.
