Great service...quick turn around on repairs .will be buying my next ebike from Giant in hervey bay
Brought bikes for myself and wife at Hervey Bay. From our initial visit to the fitting of the bikes the staff were great and very knowledgeable. Being local they also were able to assist with local bike and tri athlon clubs. Couldn't be happier with the bikes and service.

Incredible service from Adam and his team. 5 of us rocked up on a bike packing trip on a Saturday with bikes in need of help. He dropped what he was doing and spent close to 3 hours getting us back on the road. Without him our trip would have been over. It’s also a wicked bike shop. Go have fun.
