The deli kiosks are broken more often than working. The deli takes FOREVER to fill my small order of 2 items every week. While all stores are experiencing various shortages right now, this one in particular has a history of poor selection. When are you bringing back the asiago cheese? When are you bringing back the Keebler spicy cheese crackers? You have to check your receipt every week to be sure you are not getting ripped off. We go here every Friday morning around 7 to do our weekly shopping (we do it before work and to avoid crowds). Most times are fine but the past few times there is only one register open for the 20 items or less and self check out. We have a family of 4 so we have too many items for the register and have to do self check out. The self checkout system is terrible. It gives errors if a bag is removed but when you have a cart full of items you can only load up so much on the bad side until your out of room. Very frustrating beca... read more

RecommendedLove the store but not the creepy employee stocking vegetables there today that stares at woman in a super disturbing manner. Like starrrreessss it made me uncomfortable to see that.

I was at the Shrewsbury location at 2:35 today and wanted to let you know what a patient and caring cashier Mary is. She was waiting on an elderly gentleman with 2 over flowing carts of groceries and had to wring and bag his huge order. I was so inspired by her and how she dealt with customers getting on her line and then leaving because of the size of his order. she never once got upset but treated this man with pure kindness. when she was done my husband and I helped him to his car to load his purchase. I love Shrewsbury giant location. I DO NOT like the fact that people take advantage of the expecting women’s parking to the toddler parking. Today I was with my mother in law, I’m pregnant, had to park all the way in Egypt. I came out to notice a women in her 50’s with her husband getting into their vehicle. THIS SHOULDNT be allowed.
Great selection of fresh and packaged products. Their produce is hit or miss as many times, I have found their fruit is bruised, going bad and/or had mold on it. I do think that the produce workers and manager could do a much better job at inspecting what is being displayed/sold. Meat selection is decent but not great. Deli has always been top notch.
