Apotheco Pharmacy in Princeton has been an absolute lifesaver and I could not be more grateful to have found them. I had an appointment with Warren Grace at Redefine Health on March 3rd and was told someone would reach out to schedule my back injections. It has now been weeks, and despite my reaching out four times via both the patient portal and phone calls, I have received zero response. It is disappointing to be ignored when trying to manage medical care. I expected better coordination and professional courtesy from this office. Called to follow up on my prescription from a week ago and was met by an incredibly rude customer service technician. She acted liked she couldn't be bothered with my questions and said they were still waiting on approval from insurance and hung up on me! I have never had problems having prescriptions filled before. First experience with them. I will not attempt to use them ever again.

Absolutely perfect. Once we confirmed that my doctor’s office had submitted the prescription, I provided my insurance information and the order was placed. My medication arrived two days later. My only complaint was that delivery occurred in the evening without them ringing the bell. We didn’t see the package until the next morning. Fortunately the deer and other critters didn’t run off with it - must not have been hungry!!!

Great for my prescriptions. They send out reminders via text and call when needed. The shipping is very fast. Sometimes it arrives next day! The staff I spoke to on the phone have always been very nice and respectable.
