Apotheco Pharmacy in Princeton has been an absolute lifesaver and I could not be more grateful to have found them. The pharmacists here take the time to actually talk to you explain your medication and make sure you feel completely informed and comfortable. I had an appointment with Warren Grace at Redefine Health on March 3rd and was told someone would reach out to schedule my back injections. It has now been weeks, and despite my reaching out four times via both the patient portal and phone calls, I have received zero response. It is disappointing to be ignored when trying to manage medical care. I expected better coordination and professional courtesy from this office. Called to follow up on my prescription from a week ago and was met by an incredibly rude customer service technician. She acted liked she couldn't be bothered with my questions and said they were still waiting on approval from insurance and hung up on me! I have never had problems having prescriptions filled before. First experience with them. I will not attempt to use them ever again.

A five star rating seems like not enough. The staff is very efficient, courteous and responsive. They make the prescription refill process so simple. They send text message alerts and call you for authorizations or other things that are needed and they deliver free of charge it takes about 30 seconds to complete the refill process I even get text alerts when the prescription has been delivered. The pharmacy in and of itself is great. The people that work there and answer the phones are super helpful, patient and kind. Their delivery service, not so much. Not sure if this has changed or if there are just new people doing the delivering. Last week, they struggled to find my building (not a big deal, it happens). After clarifying the address and physical traits of my building I received a notification that is was delivered about 2 hours later.
