Self check out cashier (short big woman with brown braids) was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I also was asked to show my ID at the self check out which was strange. In addition, I could've sworn I heard her saying something very rude about me to another customer she was assisting. When I needed help, she intentionally took her time to come over and the other staff member just stood around instead of assisting me. Very strange experience. Thank goodness I don't live in the area and this isn't my local market.
My Neighborhood Grocery.... Thank you for SERVING the community.: Nutritionist, fresh produce, BIBLE STAND, free fruits for the kids (prior to covid), met some great employees here (even when they transferred- they stayed Humble), and clean restrooms (all stores I visited). I can shop without being harassed. GIANT served the community whether safe or not. Glad to see you are trying to improve to get back to using basic ingredients in your prepared foods. My sister and I visited this morning and Had a great exchange with The female security she let me know where the carts were located so perfect and wished me a great day ,all the Best Queen! We shopped in a clean Store and found everything we needed, everything waa fully stocked and inviting to my eyes esp the cakess lol ,The Deli clerk was quick and efficient Thank You Queen!
