They need to hire cashiers!!!! Every damn time I come here, doesn't matter what time it is....I wait and wait because there are only two lanes open.
Had the absolute worst experience at the pharmacy. Very rude and terrible customer service.

Love our Giant Eagle. But was wondering why we dont get the flyers in the mail anymore.?
Mainly the cashiers/customer service supervisors. Very rude actions, no expressions, or eye contact, or conversation...usually with the middle aged workers at the cash registers. Makes me not want to shop at this store
While we were out running errands we bought a couple of the new hand breaded chicken tenders at the Painesville Giant Eagle store to try and they were AMAZING .... liked them so much that we bought a couple pounds at the Madison store, but they were horrible, either very old, or over cooked or both, ... was like chicken jerky, not tender or juicy at all :(
