i will never use self check out period and you you to have rows and rows of unopened or manned check out while the self serve is backed up by over 45 people is unconscionable. its bad business and poor management period. i left my cart of goods and walked out after 30 minutes

I buy 80-20 ground beef on a regular basis from muiltiple stores and I know what the fat content is like. It cooks without added fat but leaves nothing to pour off either. Giant Eagle had a sale on "80-20" last week and the meat was terrible, as usual. You can tell just by looking at it that the fat content is way over. They always do this when they have a sale price. The bad prices and all and doesn't feel anything like Pennsylvania, Ohio, picnicking, partying or anything. 1.5 stars and now I know that Giant Eagle E Advantage announcement is horrible; it's hardly a 2 star when your store is a 1-1.5* And if you don't have aisle 5 open by now, you're more than bull shit
I love the store and most of the workers and come in quite a bit. I spoke to a lady named Luanne over the phone, in regards to cashing something of mine, and she was very, very, very rude to me and the way she talked to me throughout the phone call. I am very close to calling back and asking for a manager. I’m 27 years old and not easily offended but I don’t see how employees are aloud to speak to customers in that manner!
will never shop at this giant eagle ever again after how rude the employee was to me today while I was getting a western union there. she question me like I was criminal and embarrassed me trying to make me look like an idiot never again will I down my money there!!!!
