I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at Giant Eagle’s Market District Pharmacy! Pharmacist Maureen, and techs Capri and Mason - you are so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! They always have genuine smiles on their face and go out of their way to make sure each transaction runs as smooth as possible. Thank you for providing the customer service so many places lack in today’s world.
I transferred from Walgreens to Giant Eagle pharmacy. Walgreens was horrible. I won't shop in Market District store anymore because staff is so rude.
I love the drive up. Everyone is always nice and polite. Gold stars to all the pharmacy folks. Thank you again
The line tends to be rather long. I do feel however they do the best they can with the staff to get the line going. I really like they offer $15 and free groceries with a new or transfer prescription. I especially like it's extended to those whose prescriptions are covered by government subsidies. There is a limit you can get per year but in this economy $15 in free groceries is appreciated
