Horrible customer service. This store used to be clean, friendly and had a great selection of groceries. I m not sure what has happened, but in the past 5 years, it has become a dirty, unfriendly and unpleasant place to shop. I ve moved on!
As I was purchasing a \$5.00 bottle of wine at the self check out, I knocked it to the ground accidently causing it to shatter. I immediately apologized to the cashier at the station adjacent to me. She completely ignored me. A nearby customer assured me it was just an accident and it was ok. The supervisor came by. She looked down at the mess and also ignored my apologies. I have frequented this store often and the produce I have viewed has appeared to be fine, however I have experienced the isles full of employees restocking the isles nearly everytime I recall being there. It is somewhat frustrating to have to go around and up another isle to get to what you want or simply just neglect to get that item,My primary complaint is that even with the so called discount the prices are pretty high! Oh and I HATE THOSE SELF CHECKOUT STATIONS!!!!I try to avoid those as much as possible!
I used to shop at this store because its the closest one to me. I stopped shopping here after seeing moldy, rotten produce there every single time I shopped for at least 2 months.I complained to the produce manager, then the store manager yet nothing changed so I simply took my business elsewhere (Heinens, perfect produce department there!)Not only is the produce department horrible, the aisles were always packed with employees during peak grocery shopping hours instead of during the night shift like most grocers do.
