Not even a customer yet but I spoke to the pharmacist today and he was super pleasant and helpful.
karlie k the pharmacist... and every pharmacist i have dealt with here has given exceptional customer service! they are compassionate and go above and beyond to assist customers! i traveled here from homerville ohio & will drive the 45 minutes each way every month to come here to support this fantastic kindness & service. i could cry with how wonderful this experience was! thank you, thank you, thank you! karlie k and the entire team deserve the best kudos possible!
Super bogus... I go there when they open yesterday to get my 3 scripts and they tell me I gotta call my provider... Do your jobs, seriously so uncalled for. I live an hour away, I went down thinking they were competent but had me waiting an 1 hour with no other customers and then tell me I have to intervene their issue, that's beyond unprofessional.
They switched the perk program and most of my points were lost. 20% just gone. Called corp. Now takes 150 points instead of 50 to get 2%. Typical corp greed while our grocery bills go through roof. Will never shop there again.
