Bad service bad service
Nothing beats giant eagle...my only complaint is they don't sell Snyder's of Berlin potatoe chips..the Pittsburgh stores do.
I have been a customer for many years. I have never ever received the poor customer service attitude as I have recently, both on the phone and in person. I am a strong believer that if you don’t like your job move on to something better. It’s apparent that they could care less about the costumer, especially the ones at the front portion of the pharmacy. There are plenty of pharmacies in Frederick to choose from and treated well. I will never go back to this location for any pharmaceutical needs.
The pharmacy staff is terrible. They act like they are doing you a big favor answering questions. They don't even come to the front when you ask a question, they yell the answer from the back. I dealt with all three and they are all like that. They look miserable, angry and unhappy. This was my first and last time there.
The guy who always answers the phones is really odd. He always sounds annoyed that you’re calling and communicates poorly. They ignore requests to transfer scripts and don’t follow up at all.
