The worst pharmacy I have been to. I usually don’t write reviews but this called for one. The first time I had a prescription called in for a 28 day supply. When they pulled out the prescription it was only a 7 day supply and I fought back and forth with the cashier to double check and open the package. Finally she agreed to look and found that me the customer was correct. It was the incorrect amount. I planned to be a new customer to Giant Eagle pharmacy because they had a coupon on GoodRx. My prescription was sent on Tuesday, I went to pick it up on Saturday. The woman at the register coldly told me they did not have a prescription for me. I told her I knew it was sent to this store, I confirmed the address with my doctor. She asked what it was for and scoffed when I told her it was for generic vyvanse. She said they don’t have enough for “their own patients” and it was probably rejected.
