New to area so decided on Giant Eagle for my prescriptions. It's been a mistake. Have had waiting issues all four times. So, today I called in ahead of time. Stopped after an hour and told it wasn't ready! Asked if I could wait a few minutes. After 18 minutes I left. Why call in ahead of time? I was picking up a bottle of eye drops.!!! Not even pills that needed to be placed in a bottle. Never an apology about delays! Today I received a dirty look because I left. Can't compare with small, independent MedCap stores.

Most of the pharmaceutical staff are cold and disrespectful .

This pharmacy is always slow to fill prescriptions. I've waited an hour or more, with two young children in tow, for something they originally told me would take 15 minutes...then a few more minutes...then a few more...you get the idea. I switched to Target for a while, but had to switch back when my insurance dropped Target as a pharmacy we could use. I'll be making every effort in the future to use any other Giant Eagle but this one, especially after they just erroneously told me to give my child her medication 2x/per day,... read more
